How long we keep information

Personal data collected and used by Alcohol & Drug Testing Services Ltd (ADTS) will be retained for a maximum of 7 years following collection. ADTS will only retain personal data for as long as necessary in order to fulfil the purpose as to why the data was originally collected whilst ensuring we meet any legal obligations and requirements.

 

In order to determine the appropriate data retention period ADTS will consider the sensitivity, nature and volume of data and any potential risk of harm through unauthorised use or disclosure.
